Mindfulness is a mental state achieved by focusing one's awareness on the present moment, while calmly acknowledging and accepting one's feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations, used as a therapeutic technique. This can be achieved through a variety of activities and experiences. We offer the mindful experience through traditional yoga-centered practices.

We offer private, small group, large group, and corporate sessions of the following practices:
